Backstage Style with Redken @ World MasterCard Fashion Week Day#5

VAWKKIN S/S1380

Hair by Redken

Fashion Runway Trend: Modern

Designed for every woman, VAWKKIN styles are easy to wear with a fashion vibe, and Redken translated this into runway ready hair that is easy to create, giving a modern but still stylized look. To create make a centre part then let hair lay in natural fall position. Take vertical sections and spiral wrap around a 1″ curing iron work your away around the head. Once the set has cooled down rake apart with finger and rough the ends for texture.

A small triangle horseshoe section was taken and clipped away. The remainder of the hair was tied off into a high ponytail just behind the crown. Then we backcombed the horseshoe section at the root for volume and brushed back to combine with the ponytail. Now take existing ponytail and loop it at the end with a hair tie and pin it to the nape. Spray and sculpt for final effect.Redken Products Used:
